Associate Attorney
Brooke has substantial experience handling workplace safety matters, including representing employers in proceedings involving California occupational safety and health regulations, as well as state and federal OSHA requirements. She advises clients on responding to inspections, evaluating and contesting citations, and navigating enforcement actions. Her practice is focused on limiting exposure early, positioning cases for defensible outcomes, and advancing strategies that reflect both legal risk and operational realities.
In civil litigation, Brooke represents employers in a wide range of disputes, with an emphasis on early case positioning, aggressive motion practice, and disciplined evaluation of claims. She is focused on narrowing issues, challenging unsupported allegations, and driving cases toward efficient and favorable resolutions - whether through strategic settlement or litigation. Brooke partners closely with her clients to ensure that her legal strategy supports broader business objectives while maintaining a firm, defense-oriented posture at every stage of the case.
In her free time, Brooke enjoys Pilates, cooking, traveling the world, and exploring new restaurants and local venues.
